Been tryin to prep for the con a bit. Thought I might do one of those foamcore character cutouts like I did for the shady show. This is Pierce from our "Carneys" cartoon. I revisited an old drawing & gave the dude a bit more structure & gave him a new outfit. I like this better, the original "unitard" wasn't really working for me. In case you didn't know, originally all of the characters were in spandex for some reason, ha!

Anyways... sorry for the lack of posts lately, things have been busy.
For about the last 6 or 7 months I've been working over at MTV as a layout supervisor on one of their new shows. They paired me up with one of the best teams of layout artists I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Seriously, these guys & girls were good! The show looks amazing & I can't wait til it airs! After about a year of freelance, it was nice to be back in the studio again. Well, I wrap this Thursday, so... back to the freelance I suppose. We are also just about wraped on the "Streets" short as well, so if anyone is interested, Carnival Cartoons is finally able to take on some new projects, give us a holler w/ your animation needs. ...Man, what a beast that last short was!!!

Also, don't forget to visit me at the New York Comic Con this weekend, table #A247 in Artists Alley!

6PAC!!!
Introducing the newest member to the Carnival Cartoons family 6PAC (Six Pachyderm). 6PAC's best friend is a smooth talkin 40 bottle (think Billy Dee Williams) who always talks him in to trouble.
